Our patient in her 30's disliked her sagging and uneven breasts as well as the loose and bulging tummy. We performed a Wise-pattern (anchor-pattern) breast lift (mastopexy) to give her perkier breasts and a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with liposuction of the flanks to flatten her stomach. This is roughly 6 weeks after surgery.
Our patient in her 30's did not like the sagging (ptosis) of her breasts, so we performed a Wise-pattern (anchor-pattern) breast lift (mastopexy) to give her perkier breasts. This is roughly 5 months after surgery.
Dr. Nguyen's opinion: She had to forego getting implants due to other reasons, but it's important to note that only breast implants will be able to achieve fullness in the upper breast, which is lacking here after getting a breast lift without implants.
Our patient in her 50’s disliked the excess, sagging tissue in her breasts as well as the excess skin and fat on her arms. We performed a breast lift without implants (mastopexy). This is 6 weeks after surgery.
Our patient in her 40’s had a gastric bypass with massive weight loss followed by a tummy tuck. She disliked the overall results of the tummy tuck and also wished to improve her sagging arm skin, breasts, and back skin. We performed an arm lift, upper body lift (back lift), breast lift, and reverse tummy tuck. She is shown here with amazing results at 5 months after surgery! Note that this is a difficult surgery that should only be performed by a plastic surgeon who specializes in post-bariatric weight loss patients.
Our patient in her 50’s disliked the excess, sagging tissue in her breasts as well as the excess skin and fat on her arms. We gave her a mommy makeover and performed a bilateral arm lift (brachioplasty), cutting off the extra skin from the arms as well as liposuctioning the excess fat as well as a breast lift without implants (mastopexy). This is almost 2 months after surgery.
Our patient in her 20's wanted to lift and reduce the size of her breasts due to the back, neck, and shoulder pain they gave her. We performed a breast lift (mastopexy) with lateral reduction. The breast reduction was small, taking off almost 300g on the left breast and almost 400g on the right breast. This is roughly 6 weeks after surgery.
Our patient in her 50's was tired of the way her sagging (ptotic) breasts looked in a bra. She did not want to care for breast implants long-term. We performed a Wise-pattern (anchor-pattern) breast lift to elevate her nipples and breast tissue. This is roughly 4 months after surgery.
Our patient in her 20’s was unhappy with her asymmetric and sagging breasts. Her condition is also known as “tuberous breast” deformity with some overgrowth (hypertrophy) of the right breast. She desired fuller and perkier breasts, so we planned to help her in two stages. For the first stage, we performed a breast lift (mastopexy) with a right breast reduction. This is 6 months after surgery. For the second stage, we performed a breast augmentation next to help fill up the volume shown here.
