Our patient in her 20’s wanted to get rid of excess, sagging, skin on her abdomen. She also wanted to even out and round out the curves on her hips. We performed a Tummy Tuck with Liposuction to her flanks to tighten up and flatten her abdomen. We then processed the fat harvested from Liposuction to Fat Graft back into her hips to round them out evenly and create a curvier silhouette. This is 6 weeks after surgery.
Our patient in her 30's wanted fuller breasts, a toned tummy, and a snatched waist. We gave her a Mommy Makeover and performed a Breast Augmentation placing 385 cc high profile, gummy bear implants underneath the muscle through an incision in the inframammary fold. We also performed a Tummy Tuck to take out the excess skin and tighten her abdomen and Liposuction to her flanks and back. Afterwards, we grafted the fat into the hips and buttocks areas. This is 2 months after surgery.
