Our patient in her late 40's disliked her sagging abdominal skin and deflated breasts after having kids and breastfeeding. We performed an abdominoplasty (tummy tuck), cutting out the extra tummy skin, tightening her abdominal muscles, and giving her a new belly button. She also had liposuction of the flanks and a mastopexy-augmentation at the same time. This is roughly 8 weeks after surgery.


Our patient in her 40's disliked her sagging abdominal skin and small breasts. We cut out the extra tummy skin, tightened her abdominal muscles, and gave her a new belly button. She also had a breast augmentation at the same time. This is roughly 6 weeks after surgery.


Our patient in her 30’s was preparing for her wedding and wanted to fit into her wedding dress without all of the extra skin rolls. She disliked the hanging skin on her arms as well as the multiple rolls on her abdomen. We performed an arm lift (brachioplasty) and an extended tummy tuck to remove all of the extra skin and fat. She looks unbelievable here at 6 weeks after surgery!


Our patient in her 30's disliked her sagging abdominal skin and small, sagging breasts. We excised her redundant abdominal skin, tightened her abdominal muscles, gave her a new belly button, and performed liposuction of her flanks. She also had a breast augmentation and breast lift (mastopexy) at the same time. This is roughly 5 months after surgery.


Our patient in her 30's disliked her bulging and sagging abdominal skin and wanted to correct the appearance of her belly button. We performed a tummy tuck with liposuction of her flanks to excise excess skin and fat and tighten up her abdomen. We also gave her a new belly button by reattaching her old belly button to a new, higher hole. This is 6 weeks after surgery.


Our patient in her 40's disliked her abdominal fullness and sagging skin (pannus). We excised the pannus, tightened her abdominal muscles, and gave her a new belly button. She also had a Wise-pattern (anchor-pattern) mastopexy (breast lift) at the same time. This is roughly 4 weeks after surgery with moderate swelling still present in all areas.


Our patient in her 30's suffered from back pain and neck pain for years due to her enlarged breasts (macromastia). Additionally, she experienced recurring rashes within her breast and abdominal folds. We performed a breast reduction, reducing her breasts by 1,009g on the right side and 948g on the left side and then lifted them. We also gave her a tummy tuck with liposuction, removing a total of 2,434g of tissue from her abdomen to flatten her stomach. This is roughly 2 months after surgery.


Our patient in her 20's disliked the loose and bulging excess tissue on her abdomen. We performed a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with liposuction of the flanks to take off excess fat and skin and to flatten her stomach. This is roughly 6 weeks after surgery.


Our patient in her 50's complained about abdominal fullness and sagging skin (pannus). We performed a tummy tuck with liposuction of the flanks and central abdomen, excised the excess skin, tightened her abdominal muscles, and gave her a new belly button.
She also had replacement of her implants as well as a Wise-pattern (anchor-pattern) mastopexy (breast lift). This is roughly 6 months after surgery.

Our patient in her 40’s was still overweight, but wanted to get rid of the sagging tummy skin. We performed a tummy tuck, removing the excess skin and fat and giving her a new belly button. Of note, we did not tighten the rectus abdominis muscles because she had too much fat inside her abdominal wall. This is 3 months after surgery.


Our patient in her 60’s was frustrated with the excess skin on her arms and was embarrassed by her belly rolls. We performed a bilateral arm lift (brachioplasty), cutting off the extra skin from the arms as well as liposuctioning the excess fat. We also performed an extended tummy tuck with liposuction of the abdomen and flanks at the same time. She is shown here 2 months after surgery with some mild swelling still present.




Our patient in her 40’s was dissatisfied with the excess skin on her arms, belly, and thighs. We performed liposuction on the thighs as well as a bilateral arm lift (brachioplasty), cutting off the extra skin from the arms as well as liposuctioning the excess fat. Our patient in her 30’s previously had a breast augmentation with 360cc saline breast implants. She complained that the right side was too low and the left side was too high. Additionally, she wanted larger breast implants on both sides. She also had two kids and wanted to tighten her belly skin. We performed an implant exchange, increasing her implants to 495cc silicone, gave her a tummy tuck, and did liposuction of her flanks. This is 2 months after surgery!


Our patient in her 50’s wanted to tighten her belly skin. We performed a mini (modified) tummy tuck with liposuction of her central abdomen. This is 4 months after surgery!


Our patient in her 40’s wanted to get rid of her excess belly skin. We performed a tummy tuck without liposuction to simply cut out the excess flesh and tighten her abdomen. This is a little more than 1 month after surgery!



Our patient in her 30’s wanted to get rid of excess, sagging, tummy skin and add volume to her breasts after having 3 kids. We gave her a mommy makeover and performed a tummy tuck to tighten up her abdomen as well as a breast augmentation with 545 cc SCX (gummy bear) implants. This is 4 months after surgery.


Our patient in her 30’s disliked her sagging and deflated boobs. She wanted to lift her nipples and fill her breast volume. We performed a mastopexy-augmentation with 295cc SRF silicone breast implants and gave her a Wise-pattern, anchor scar breast lift. We performed a bilateral arm lift (brachioplasty), cutting off the extra skin from the arms as well as liposuctioning the excess fat as well as a tummy tuck. This is around 3 months after surgery.


Our patient in her 30's disliked the appearance of her thighs and excess skin on her tummy. In addition to a mini tummy tuck, we performed liposuction on the abdomen, flanks, and medial thighs to remove fat in those areas. This is 3 months after surgery.


Our patient in her 30’s disliked the extra skin and fat on her tummy. She also had a previous breast augmentation but wanted to size up and give them a lift. We removed her old 450 cc saline implants and replaced them with 605 cc smooth, round, full profile silicone implants. Here she is around 2 months after surgery!


Our patient in her 30's disliked her sagging and uneven breasts as well as the loose and bulging tummy. We performed a Wise-pattern (anchor-pattern) breast lift (mastopexy) to give her perkier breasts and a tummy tuck (abdominoplasty) with liposuction of the flanks to flatten her stomach. This is roughly 3 months after surgery.



Our patient in her 30’s wanted to get rid of excess, sagging, tummy skin and add volume to her breasts after having 3 kids. Our patient in her 30’s wanted to get rid of bulging, sagging tummy skin. We performed a tummy tuck to tighten up her abdomen with liposuction to her flanks to remove excess fat. This is 1.5 months after surgery.


Our patient in her 50's had a lot of loose, excess skin left on her body after undergoing weight loss. We performed a medial thigh lift (thighplasty) and an arm lift (brachioplasty) to tighten the areas and get rid of excess skin. We also performed a secondary tummy tuck (abdominplasty), as she has already had a tummy tuck in the past but wanted to get rid of more loose skin after her weight loss.
