Our patient in her 50’s was dissatisfied with her abdominal fullness and sagging skin (pannus) as well as the excess skin and fat on her arms. We performed an extended tummy tuck with liposuction of the abdomen and flanks at the same time. We also peformed a bilateral arm lift (brachioplasty), cutting off the extra skin from the arms as well as liposuctioning the excess fat. This is 5 months after surgery.




Our patient in her 40’s had a gastric bypass with massive weight loss followed by a tummy tuck. She disliked the overall results of the tummy tuck and also wished to improve her sagging arm skin, breasts, and back skin. We performed an arm lift, upper body lift (back lift), breast lift, and reverse tummy tuck. She is shown here with amazing results at 5 months after surgery! Note that this is a difficult surgery that should only be performed by a plastic surgeon who specializes in post-bariatric weight loss patients.




Our patient in her 30’s was preparing for her wedding and wanted to fit into her wedding dress without all of the extra skin rolls. She disliked the hanging skin on her arms as well as the multiple rolls on her abdomen. We performed an arm lift (brachioplasty) and an extended tummy tuck to remove all of the extra skin and fat. She looks unbelievable here at 6 weeks after surgery!


Our patient in her late 30's presents after weight loss from bariatric surgery with a large amount of excess skin on her arms as well as sagging breasts and tummy. We performed an arm lift (brachioplasty) as well as a breast lift (mastopexy) during her first stage.

Our patient in her 30’s lost a lot of weight and was left with sagging skin on her back, arms, abdomen, and breasts as a result. We performed weight-loss contouring surgery which combined several procedures to get rid of excess skin and fat. This included an arm lift, upper body lift (back lift), and reverse tummy tuck to tighten up those areas. Our patient in her 60's presents after massive weight loss with a primary complaint of large amounts of excess skin in her arms. The excess skin extended from her forearms along her upper arms and down onto her lateral chest.
We performed an extended brachioplasty (arm lift) from the forearms through the upper arms, and down along the lateral chest to the lower portion of the breast. This is roughly 6 weeks after surgery with only mild swelling present.
