Our patient in her 50’s was dissatisfied with her abdominal fullness and sagging skin (pannus) as well as the excess skin and fat on her arms. We performed an extended tummy tuck with liposuction of the abdomen and flanks at the same time. We also peformed a bilateral arm lift (brachioplasty), cutting off the extra skin from the arms as well as liposuctioning the excess fat. This is 5 months after surgery.
Our patient in her 40’s had a gastric bypass with massive weight loss followed by a tummy tuck. She disliked the overall results of the tummy tuck and also wished to improve her sagging arm skin, breasts, and back skin. We performed an arm lift, upper body lift (back lift), breast lift, and reverse tummy tuck. She is shown here with amazing results at 5 months after surgery! Note that this is a difficult surgery that should only be performed by a plastic surgeon who specializes in post-bariatric weight loss patients.
