Our patient in her late 20's disliked the appearance of her droopy breasts and the sagging skin on her tummy. We gave her a Mommy Makeover with a Tummy Tuck with Liposuction to the flanks, cutting out the extra tummy skin, tightening her abdominal muscles, and giving her a new belly button. As the second part of the Mommy Makeover, we also performed a Breast Lift with Implants to lift her saggy breast tissue and restore volume. We placed a 470 cc breast implant in the right and 440 cc breast implant on the left. Both were placed underneath the muscle through an incision in the inframammary fold and are high profile, gummy bear implants. This is almost 2 months after surgery!

We gave her a Tummy Tuck and performed Liposuction on her flanks, removing the excess tissue and closing her diastasis recti (separation of rectus muscle) that was also caused by pregnancy to further flatten her abdomen.
